This class is recommended for those aged 12 and up, as this is when neural development and sensory awareness are becoming more established. Participants should be able to massage their own face, head, and body acupressure points using their own hands to activate self-healing.
Please prepare body lotion and facial skincare products for massage. The class may involve toe massage, so please have alcohol and tissues ready for hygiene purposes. Bring a large towel that can cover your entire body (to create a sense of safety and personal space), and a smaller long towel for stretching and folding over the face. Towels should ideally not be shared with family members.

Over the past year of practicing morning, midday, and evening meditation with students, we've observed that many people experience light or disturbed sleep, or have trouble falling asleep peacefully.
Physical Factors:
These may include tension in the shoulders and neck, lack of essential nutrients (such as healthy fats like fish oil or cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil), deficiency in calcium and magnesium, general physical exhaustion, an overactive mind, and heightened autonomic nervous system. In many cases, physical relaxation and nutritional support are insufficient.
Psychological Factors:
Some individuals may have had unpleasant experiences during sleep in the past, or carry a deep sense of insecurity when resting alone. Issues such as panic, anxiety, and emotional instability—often rooted in the nervous system—can create stress that prevents restful sleep.
Addressing the Root Causes:
When sleep issues stem from physical factors, we can relieve them through massage, stretching, and pressure point release.
For psychological causes, inner adjustment takes more time—but the above mentioned physical techniques can also help rebuild a sense of inner safety and calmness.
Before each class, Xiao Zhan meets with the students' spirit guides to understand what type of support is most needed in that particular class. This may be influenced by climate, environmental factors, or collective energetic stress of this era.
The “Sleep Well Class” follows a format similar to the Night Meditation Class, with the goal of gathering and protecting each participant’s energy field. It places greater emphasis on acupressure, simple stretches, and physical relaxation to help students ease into sleep and improve overall sleep quality.
The class includes 10 minutes of explanation, 20 minutes of practice, and 10 minutes of discussion.
